The Project has the aim of industrialize key processes in order to improve efficiency in our outsourcing services and strat-up of new projects.
The Study will start with an analysis of the current situation to evaluate which are the most useful implementations to put into practice, in terms of automation of the processes, identifying best practices, etc.
